BEHIND RECONNECT SISTERHOOD

Meet Natalie

Women are strong AF.
And we’re stronger together.

I get to help Women reconnect with themselves to feel strong, clear and held by the community, whilst guided by their own values. What if we could lift each other up without feeling held back so that we can step into our own space, in our own way?

Natalie McCandless

Hey, I’m Natalie

I’m a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist and I’ve been working with Women — and loving it —for almost 20 years.

I love hearing, sharing stories, and knowing just how resilient and strong we are. And the best part? Helping Women to see that for themselves without changing them at all.

After being a therapist for the last 14 years, I’ve decided to branch out and start workshops. Connecting Women in this way is so powerful! And I’m so lucky to do the job that I do, to meet the people that I meet. It’s an absolute privilege and honour.

LET’S grow TOGETHER

FUN FACT #1

the MISSION

I believe we’re all good enough and it needs to be set in our foundations

When I first started working with Women I loved it because of the strength they gained from understanding themselves better. And now I realise that my true passion is to help them reconnect with themselves and each other. It’s magical to see how women feel once they truly step into their own space.
